Under the Dome was much better as a book than as a TV series, but both it and The Stand had pretty bad endings. I know that’s the Stephen King meme these days, but there’s a reason for that meme.

One of the 3 best books I have ever read. Likely THE best. The unabridged version is better I think, without the unecessary bloat or the unneeded introductions at the start. Abridged starts at the Gas station in the and has a far better start, unabridged still good though
