Thanks for this upload. The Stephen King Collection elsewhere on this site comprises of a lot of 24- and 32kps rips. I’m always happy to see a better quality file with maybe a different narrator to try out.

@caeser963 I believed it to be from the advertising collateral for the 1983 cinematic Christine, but I can find no evidence of that so perhaps I just invented it.
